Cumin Seeds<br />1 tsp. Fennel Seeds<br />1 tsp. Fenugreek Seeds<br />1 tsp. Onion Seeds<br />2 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste<br />500 gms. Mutton<br />1½ tsp. Salt<br />1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder<br />½ tsp. Turmeric Powder<br />3 medium sized Onions, sliced<br />2 Tomatoes, sliced<br />1 cup Curd<br />½ cup Water<br />Coriander Leaves<br /><br /><br />Method:-<br />1. In a pressure cooker heat oil and add bay leaves, cinnamon, dried red chillies, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, ginger-garlic paste and roast well.<br />2. Add mutton pieces and stir.<br />3. Then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and stir.<br />4. Now add the onions, tomatoes, curd and mix well.<br />5. Add water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.<br />6. Add coriander leaves and cook until the gravy thickens.<br />7.
